All Jessica Drossin Photography digital resources and images are protected under US Copyright law. They may not be redistributed or resold in any form.
Violators of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. These textures/actions/overlays/presets/tutorials/backgrounds are licensed to one user only for their personal and/or professional use. I work hard to make them pretty inexpensive to discourage “sharing”. Please be respectful and do not give these to others.
This product may only be installed on up to two computers directly owned by the purchaser.
By purchasing Jessica Drossin digital products, you acknowledge that you may use this product for personal and/or limited professional use. These products are not licensed for commercial use with ONE exception: Printed poster or book art where you integrate the digital products with your own photographs or art. By purchasing Jessica Drossin products, you do not gain ownership, nor can you claim any product as your own.
These textures/actions/overlays/presets may not be re-sold, re-purposed, re-used, or redistributed in any way whatsoever without expressed written permission of Jessica Drossin. You are not allowed to modify, share, sell, copy, upload or gift these digital tools to a third party without expressed written consent from Jessica Drossin.
You may not use my textures, actions, presets or overlays to make “new” versions of my products. It also a violation of my copyright and this license to use my textures, overlays, actions, etc., in anyway to create items such as backdrops, textures, frames, vignettes, or brushes for redistribution or resale.
Any modifying, re-purposing or redistribution is illegal and is subject to prosecution.
You must use these textures/actions/overlays/presets integrated with your own artwork and photography — ie. do not post them as they currently appear to Flickr, Pinterest, etc., unless they have already been integrated with your art as this would make them easy to steal.
Under no circumstances should these products be posted or uploaded to the Internet. Posting a link that allows others to download Jessica Drossin products is a felony and will be prosecuted as such.
Jessica Drossin is not responsible for lost files for any reason. Please back up all purchases on an external storage device. If you do lose your files, I may be able to replace them if certain criteria confirming the purchase is met. Please email me at [email protected] and be prepared to show purchase information should this occur. Jessica Drossin is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result of the use of these digital products in any form.
All digital sales are final sales. There are no refunds or returns.
Jessica Drossin reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service and Use at any time.
