Butter Chicken Recipe

2 lbs chicken thighs, cut into bit sized pieces (about 1 inch)

One diced yellow onion

One 15 oz can of Coconut Milk

One six oz can of tomato paste

2 tbs butter

1 tbs red curry paste

1 tbs curry powder

1 tbs garam masala

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cayenne powder

4 cloves garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

2 tbs brown sugar

2 tbs flour

Dash of red chili flakes

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup of cream (just before serving)

Place in crockpot, stir, and cook on low for 4.5 hours (cook up to 6 hours, depending on your crockpot’s heat)
